• We actively encourage our clients to provide their records electronically to reduce the need to print and send paperwork and we offset any necessary printing with our plant a tree campaign, planting a tree for every tax return we complete for our clients. We also do this as a symbol of growing long-term relationship with our clients, which is part of our Company’s mission:- To help our clients achieve their dreams and aspirations, one number at a time. • We have signed up to the Green Growth Pledge*, to take a proactive approach to decarbonise and become more sustainable as a business; from working with responsible suppliers based locally, to reducing our vehicle use, and minimising waste, through several key company initiatives.
• We have a strong desire as a Team to improve our sustainability year or year, striving to be a ‘paperless’ office encouraging & investing in the use of cloud-based document sharing products, limiting paper use and related printing. And if we do need to print we aim to use 100% recycled paper products.
• In collaboration with Refill Mold, we’re excited to offer free tap water at our office in Mold. Refill, an award-winning initiative, helps you cut down on plastic waste by making it convenient to refill your reusable water bottle instead of purchasing a plastic one. The Refill app makes it simple to locate your nearest Refill Station wherever you are!
• We are committed to removing avoidable single use plastic used within our business and have become a “Plastic Free Champion” as a foundation to build on.
• As a team we foster a culture to support our communities by providing our team with paid time off to take part in volunteering activities of their choice, and as a Team we like to take part in local events from charitable duck races to community cafes as seen in the gallary above.
